PRODUCT :
Our plate and frame type filter press is suitable for Kieselguhr/
sheet Filter for coarse, polishing and sterlizing filtration
duties. Due to its simple handling and functional operation
the system has been well recognized in the industries for many
years.
THE UNIT :
-
The unit constitutes of fixed, moving and rocket body all
of which are cladded with stainless steel sheets. All the
joints are welded. The fixed and rocket body are connected
with pipes, forming a self supporting chassis. The moving
body is guided on chasis pipe.

SEPRA 40 x 40 cm and 60 x 60 cm can be provided with hydraulic
closing device.

SEPRA
is provided with accessories like Pressure Gauge,Air Vent
Valve, Drain Valve and Drip Collection Tray.

With the aid of the change over plate, the filter can be
sub-divided into two sections. In this way it is possible
to carry out double filtration.

| PLATE
& FRAME WITH WASHER
-
All Filter elements are equipped with four eyelets. Two
eyelets are connected to the inside of the plates/ frames
by slits, the remaining two eyelets are fitted with collar
washers. These washers ensures positive sealing between
plate and frame.
- Each
plate and frame serves for conduction of liquid thus forming
discharge and infeed channel.

For simple and easy cleaning the filter press possess detachable
perforated screens. The screen has been provided with 5mm
unperforated border which prevents tearing of filter paper.
- The
brackets which helps the plates and frames to get mounted
on the S. S. Pipe are provided with a smooth radius which
prevents any type of wear and tear and enhances easy mobility
of plates and frames.
