Bag
Filter Vessels
A wide range of pressure vessels and allied equipment manufactured
to high engineering standards. Vessels are constructed from polypropylene,
mild steel, Stainless steel (304 or 316) or other specialist metals.
Equipment
Connections can be NPT, BSP and ASA Screwed or flanged in the different
configurations to suit the customer's requirements. All bag filters
vessels are compatible with all standard snap ring filter bags as
well as our other custom designed bags. These can be supplied in single
or multiple bags in a vessel assembly.
All
filter vessels are supplied complete with a stainless steel retainer
basket and standard rubber O-ring. All other types of O-rigs can be
supplied at extra Cost.
Series
Filtration in which the first vessel feeds the second vessel and so
on.
The liquid is filtered more effectively when there are any of the
following conditions:
Unequal
Particle Size Distribution, in which First stage can handle larger
particles, subsequent stages can filter finer particles.
Redundancy for Greater Quality Control and Performance in which you
can acquire improved performance with two filters (same micron) back-to-back
for greater efficiency and capture rates.
Cost Reduction Using Disposable Filters where less expensive pre-filters
(disposable or reusable) can be used for the First stage, whereas
"Absolute Rated" media can be used in the subsequent stage
(s).
You can use parallel duplex or multiplex filter assemblies for uninterrupted
flow and where frequent bag change outs are required.
