Material Uses for Our Products

Expo-Metal Industries has its own wire drawing equipment and workshops. We mainly produce and offer various metal wire for industrial use, like nickel wire, stainless steel wire and other nonferrous metal wire, sizes normally from 0.03mm to 2.0mm.

We can supply quality nickel wire, nickel wire mesh and nickel-copper alloy (NiCu30Fe) wire cloth Dutch weave, while most for export to Germany, Singapore and other countries and regions. Please refer to table below for specification of nickel wire mesh.

Expo-Metal Industries provide expanded mesh in nickel, brass, aluminum, nickel coated stainless steel plate, tin, zinc and silver, etc. Its thickness is from 0.10mm to 10mm, minimum opening diameter TL1mm x TB2mm. Mainly used in batteries, like Ni-MH battery, Ni-Cd battery and lithium ion cells. We offer expanded mesh in different materials and sizes according to customers' requirements.

We offer wire netting against mosquito in different materials, like gal. steel, aluminum, aluminum alloy, etc.

Expo-Metal Industries produce wire, wire mesh and also wire mesh late process products. We design, manufacture and export stainless steel melting filter elements and other filter products, with wire mesh products of our own as filtration media or with imported materials.

Filter elements made with stainless steel wire cloth as media have the characteristics of long life span, easy cleaning, low cost, etc. We also produce filter packs made by stainless steel weaving wire mesh, phosphate copper wire mesh, copper wire mesh. Can be single or multi-layered. Discs have different forms, like round, square, oval and can be made according to customer's requirments.

Stainless steel filter elements we manufacture are widely used in chemical fiber, petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, pharmaceutics, machinery, metallurgy, ceramics, dispose of sewage, foodstuff and beverage, cosmetic etc.

Expo-Metal Industries produces and exports spiral wire support tube in big quantity. This kind of wire support tube is mainly used in oil filters as fittings.
