Example for Calculation:
Fuel Rates observed for Torque 3 at 1820 RPM for Petrol and Additive + Petrol are 1,1583 and 0.8594 Kg/Hr respectively.
Hence, Percentage of Reduction = {(1.1583 - 0.8594) ÷1.1583} X100 = 25.81% |

Example for Calculation:
Emission of CO observed for Torque 3 at 1820 RPM for Petrol and Additive + Petrel are 3.5 and 0.43% respectively.
Hence, Percentage of Reduction = {{3.5 - 0.43) ÷3.5} X 100 = 87.66 %
Similar calculation procedures have been adopted for reduction values of CO?, HC and NOx values. |
