Welcome to SWAS PET

We are pleased to introduce ourselves, SWAS PET Pvt. Ltd., as one of the leading PET Bottles & Jar and HDPE cap manufacturing company of Eastern India, with a state-of-the-art advanced facility inside Dhulagarh Poly Park(a WBIDC initiative), Howrah.

SWAS PET is one of the largest single stage PET BOTTLES manufacturers with the; latest series ISBM from ASB NISSEI, installed with mould sets developed by ASB NISSEI themselves, to achieve superior product quality. These bottles/jars are packed inside a Clean Room packing facility, to ensure controlled packing environment with limited presence of sub-micron particles. The flexibility with machine-product mix and current installed capacity of 10 million bottles per month, ensures timely deliveries of call- ups/requirements.

SWAS PET manufacture PET bottles and containers of various shapes and sizes (10 ml to 1000 ml), colours and designs, for packaging of various segments covering pharmaceutical, food & beverages, cosmetics, room cleaner etc. We also undertake customer specific development of PET packaging.

Lately, we have introduced HDPE caps for Packaged Drinking Water bottles and Juice/CSD bottles under our brand “SWAS CLOSURES”. We have installed a Continuous Compression Molding (CCM) system from SACMI, ITALY, which is arguably the best available technology in today’s time for Drinking Water bottles and Juice/CSD bottles caps. This a latest SF series CCM, has a capacity of producing 4 Crores HDPE caps monthly. The SACMI CCM is installed inside a clean room production and packing facility. Customers can also get their Logo embossed OR get the caps printed with clients’ artwork on the caps with our installed 3 colour option printing facility under the same roof.

The upcoming PET preform system for water & Juice bottle pre-forms will further strengthen our footprint in PET packaging. The project is expected to be in operation in FY ’26.

SWAS PET plant is situated in Dhulagarh Poly Park (adjacent to Food Park), Howrah, West Bengal, which is approximately 30 kms. from Kolkata City and its well connected by National & State Highways.

Advantage of SWAS PET

SWAS PET is the one of the largest PET container manufacturing unit in West Bengal with latest series of ISBM machines from ASB International (Indian arm of Nissei ASB JAPAN).

Molds used at SWAS PET are made by ASB itself. for superior product quality and longer life cycle.

SWAS PET has also started manufacturing packaged drinking water bottle/Juice bottle caps under SWAS CLOSURES brand with the latest SF series CCM (continuous compression molding) machine & mold set from the SACMI, ITALY.

We undertake development of customer-specific moulds and deliver the product in shortest possible time.

Prime Grade PET RESIN are procured from Reliance Industries(RELPET) and IVL-Dhunseri Petrochem(ASPET). Masterbatch is sourced from Holland Colour Europe (holcobatch) through their Indian arm.

For SWAS CLOSURES, HDPE resins are procured from Haldia Petrochemicals and master batches from renowned vendors within India.

Clean Room packing environment.to ensure controlled environment with limited presence of sub-micron particles. Validation certificate is attached herewith.

Installed capacity of monthly 10 million bottles and flexibility with machine-product mix, ensures minimum down time and timely deliveries of call-ups/requirements. The SACMI CCM has an installed capacity of 4 Crores HDPE caps per month. We operate 350 days in a year, except schedule maintenance shut down and statutory holidays.

Hugely experienced technical team supported by skilled workforce and dedicated 24x7 process control & on-line quality checks assures product standards.

Plant is located in Dhulagarh Poly Park Industrial Area (a WBIDC initiative), approx.30 kms. from Kolkata city and is well connected by National & State Highways.

Secured 40000 sqft. storage area for Finished Goods ensures ready deliverable stocks, at the earliest. We also have a back-up go-down in the southern part of the Kolkata City.
