Clinical Experience

I am working as consultant interventional cardiologist in NH Rabindranath Tagore International institute of cardiac sciences since September 2013.In last 8 years I performed more than 7000 cathlab procedures including more than 1700 PTCA.I implanted more than 450 intra-cardiac devices(Pacemaker, AICD,CRT).

In last 7 years I am directly involved in teaching programme of DNB cardiology and diploma of clinical cardiology in NH R.N.Tagore Hospital.

I performed more than 1800 PCI including primary PCI (more than 350).My Special interest is to perform complex interventions like Left main, bifurcation and CTO and Calcified lesion .I am specially trained and often use advance modalities like imaging (IVUS and OCT) , FFR , Rotablation and intravascular lithotripsy for better optimisation of Stent during PCI.
