a) Selection of suitable site for the project.

b) Preparation of detail project report of the project.

c) Assistance in getting necessary government permissions.

d) Preparation of detail civil drawing, Estimation and costing.

e) Necessary soil water etc. testing from Government affiliated concerns.

f) Preparation of Tender Documents (inclusive of line drawing) for Civil, Refrigeration, Electrical, Sanitary, Automation etc.

g) Selection of appropriate venders for the project commissioning.

h) Periodic Supervision of civil, mechanical, construction.

i) Excised related documentation.

j) Heat Load Calculation, System determination for refrigeration system.

k) Inspection and Validation of Plants and Machineries.

l) Periodic Supervision of erection, commissioning.

m) Periodic Supervision of electrical, automation works.

n) Supervision of trial run of the project.

o) Periodic Supervision of the commercial run of the project for 3 month.

p) Final commissioning of the plant and issue of completion certificate
