To rehabilitate mentally challenge persons socially and economically through education awareness skill up gradation and personality development through behavioural training etc.

To increase awareness about positive mental health into the community.

To promote community participation in the development of mental health service and stimulate the effort towards self-help in the community of the mentally weak persons.
