Associate membership of the Eastern India Cosmetic Dermatology, involves the following benefits :

Full membership of the EICD includes all the above benefits as well as the following :

• Listing on the EICD website
• Voting rights
• Use of the Society name and logo

We aim to provide the public with up-to-date information about Cosmetic Medicine and help them locate qualified doctors who focus on cosmetic procedures.

Full financial members are encouraged to use the EICD logo, as part of our PR campaign is to inform members of the public to seek EICD doctors. Help promote the Society that promotes you.

BECOMING A MEMBER OF THE EICD

Applying for membership of the Eastern India Cosmetic Dermatology (EICD) requires a completed application form:

All three pages of the application form must be completed and accompanied by :

• A copy of your current medical registration/annual practising certificate for all states/countries that you practise in;
• A copy of your medical indemnity policy and fund membership showing a current policy;
• A copy of your curriculum vitae;
• Your application must be signed by two current Full members of good standing (a nominator and seconder). If signatures by nominator and seconder are not included, yet names are quoted, then those who are quoted must be aware of this, as it will be checked.
• Incomplete applications will not be processed.
