Admission Information For 2019-2020

IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO STUDENTS WHO HAVE APPLIED FOR ADMISSION TO CLASS XI FOR THE SESSION 2019-2020

I. Please Note:

1. No change of stream is allowed once final admission is granted by the school after the declaration of results of ICSE examination.
2. Admission to Class XI is entirely restricted to students who have completed the I.C.S.E examination.
3. Those who will apply for Humanities must have at least 55-60% marks in English and 60-70% marks in Mathematics (If they choose Mathematics).
4. Those who will apply for Commerce with Mathematics must have at least 60-70% marks in Mathematics.
5. Those who will apply for Science must have at least 70-80% marks in Mathematics and Science.
6. Attested Xerox copy of the I.C.S.E Mark Sheet and Pass Certificate is to be submitted immediately after the publication of I.C.S.E results within 15 days.

III. ENCLOSURES FOR ALL APPLICANTS:

Original & Attested Xerox Copy of the following:

• ICSE Admit Card, Registration Card,Birth Certificate and Proof of Residence. 
• Mark Sheet of Class IX & X.
• Character Certificate (Those from other schools only).
• Transfer Certificate (Those from other schools only).
• Migration Certificate (Mandatory for students from other Boards)
• Four passport size coloured photographs of the candidate in school uniform.
• Aadhaar Card (copy).

N.B: The Application Form for Admission is to be duly filled in and submitted to the office within 7 days from the date of issuance otherwise it stands null & void.

Subject Combination Available

It is mandatory to select at least  four elective subjects taking one from each horizontal row. English and second language are compulsory subjects.

IV. ADMISSION RULES:

• Both the parents must be present at the time of Admission along with the candidate.
• Change of School will not be allowed and Transfer Certificate will not be issued to Students who have already taken Admission.
• Admission Charges:
• Admission will not be granted without Transfer Certificate and Character Certificate(For External Students).

V. CLASS STARTS ON 16th APRIL 2019.

ALL SHOULD BE REGULAR AND PUNCTUAL IN ATTENDING CLASS.

NB: The student will be admitted permanently only after the declaration of ICSE results. He/She has to pass the examination with the above mentioned required marks to ensure his/her admission.
