VALIDITY OF CONTRACTS 
                    Initially the contract will remain in force for a  period of ONE YEAR and on expiry can be extended  by mutual consent. 
   
  MODE OF PAYMENT 
                    Monthly bill is to paid in advance by 7th of each  month the amount of the bill should not be paid  in part without prior consent. 
   
  REPLACEMENT 
                    We will replace, in case any of our member proceeds on  leave of fall sick without any extra cost  on your side. 
   
  TRANSFER 
                    We  reserve the right of changing or transferring any member of our unit (team), if  necessary. 
   
  LIABILITY 
                    No financial transaction should be made with our security personal. We  shall hold no responsibilities for any damage done by our security personal the  preview of our responsibility assigned to us by contracts. 
   
  UNION ACTIVITES 
                    Our  guards are neither member of any Trade union nor will take part in any union  activities. 
   
  EQUIPMENT 
                    The employing agency shall provide necessary  battery eels, torches lanterns. To the security  personal performing duty. 
                       
                      ACCOMODATION FOR  SECURITY PERSONAL 
                      Principal employer is required to provide free  accommodation to our security personal within the factory premises (or  nearby.). This will avoid devilment of intimacy with local undesirable  elements. SEPARATE accommodation for the personal above the rank of supervisor is preferable. Living  together maintains discipline, Co-ordination and sense of collective work, also it will help in any other  additional duties. 
                       
                      GUARDS DUTY HOURS 
                      7(seven) days in a week each guard or supervisor shall  perform 8(eight) hours duty in a day for (six) days i.e. 48 (forty eight hours) hours in  6(six) days. One day will be weekly off  day (rest day).
