Training
Training is the most important aspect of the Security Service. As the product itself is Humans, extra care is taken to train the recruits to suit the demands of the esteemed clients. It has its own full fledged Training Centre.
All our personnel, whether at guard level, or managers and executives, are continuously trained. They undergo pre-induction abinition training soon after recruitment /before they are put on job. Thereafter special on the-job orientation training is conducted at client locations to meet site requirements. Refresher training capsules on security subjects, fire fighting and first aid are also conducted periodically to ensure desired skill levels are maintained. Managers periodically attend workshops and seminars in order to hone and upgrade their skills.
