We have taken decision to set up 10 Bedded Hospital / Dispensary at Jirat during the financial year, 2015 - 16 . Thereafter we will set up 100 bedded hospital within a 5 years at Balagarh Block, Dist : Hooghly West Bengal. The Estimated cost will be 100 corers and above (aprox), estimate given below:

LAND – The land expenses cost will be around 10 % of the total cost.

BUILDING CONSTRUCTION – The building construction expenditure will be around 30% of the total cost of the project.

EQUIPMENT – The proposed hospital needs lots of equipment like M.R.I. machine, Digital X-Ray machine, E.C.G machine, U.S.G machine etc. For those equipments the 40% expenditure will be needed from the budget.

REMUNARTION – The remunaration cost will be 10% of the total cost.

PRINTING & STATIONARY – Advertising cost (leaflet, Banner, Wall painting) paper work for registration of the premises (one time cost) writing pad, other stationeries article expenditure will around 3% of the budget.

STAMP & POSTAGE – For using stamps and postage charges the 1 % expenses will be needed.

TRAVELLING & CONVENIENCE – The travelling & convenience charges will be 6% of the total expenditure. The land expenses cost will be around 10 % of the total cost.
