The organization 'SUN' taking an initiative first for the primary health check up camp of school children of ICDS, SSK, Primary School. Gradually, set up a school by mud wall and bamboo bera. Then surveyed (2008) in the age group of 5-14yrs students, in Jhilli Panchayet (Dist-Murshidabad) and Dunigram Panchayet in (Dist-Birbhum) and covered 16 village and found huge number of dropout children about 376 in our locality.

The organization taking an initiative of integrated approach of these poor and vulnerable children. Students encourage our study method, they performed stage cultural programme bravely and they are success in good result .SUN taking an initiative for expansion of qualitative education of these children. Guardians and villagers also happy for these initiatives.

There is no H.S.School, two Madhyamik school here which distance about 7-10 k.m. There is no good communication in this area. We surveyed regarding dropout children of our Jhilli Gram Panchayet, block- Khargram and found near about 376 students are dropout which age group was 5-14 yrs. They are mostly engaged various child labour jobs like - brick field, stone broken company, agricultural field, and van, rickshaw puller and domestic worker etc. They are mostly poor and vulnerable . Guardians do not bear their students tuition fees and up down charges for schooling. Many girls were missing and trafficked for finding job of domestic work in city.

The organization 'SUN' taking an initiative of a Study Centre for dropout students. They are also trying to develop this area through various educational, cultural and health program for about five years. Basically, Women, children and students are facing so many problems, like - Education, Health, social, cultural and economic. There is no scope for student's occupational and professional skill development through computer. This is a most remote village of Murshidabad district, Khargram block.

SUN's study centre has successfully run three years. Our teachers always help students as friend philosopher and guide. First year Study Centre started 36 students (2008), Next year it is increases about 127(2009), 178 (2010) and running year, this studv centre has -242 students.

Most of the students have successfully developed their academic improvement. About 156 students had taken admission in class XI- XII session of renowned school of our area. Now most of the students had encouraged and ambitious for their higher study and they wants to develop their occupational skills.

Occupational Status:

Most of the people in the  area are engaged with cultivation , They have no work for about six months in a year . They have no option for alternate jobs . So most of the landless labours of our area stay outside . Women have to manage their family with grave condition .The situation also hampered Children's' education . Many social problems like as -child labour , child marriage , fake marriage , increasing dowry and dowry death , Trafficking and domestic violence also increasing door to door . There is no handicraft cell . Some people are engage in bidi work . Women's have enough leisure time but no option for self employment. . There is no bank to encourage their economic development . Some area have SHG groups ,but they have no function regarding economic development, only they continue their monthly payments.

Our Target:

For very long time some young and educated people of our area sympathetically working for the development of poor students and backwardness of our area . We are organized and registered a NGO , name 'SUN '.We are working sincerely regarding - Education, Health , Environment and increasing awareness for Social Development . Our main target of the society are Agricultural development, women and child health , qualitative nutrition , reduce Dowry , trafficking ,and child marriage ,mains streaming education for meritorious , poor and backward classes of our area. The major emphasis is to organized a Rural Hospital of our area. (There is no hospital within 30 k.m.)
