The objective of the scheme is to provide human rights based welfare services of the backward and minorities area, who are deprived their basic necessities, particularly in the area of Health, Education and skill development perspectives. We meet with them and analyses their critical situation and provide minimum requirements gap, so as to enhance their effectiveness and enable them for self help of the people. The main moto of our organization are -

1. To provide the minimum health facility according to the need and the demand tf the local people at Panchagram.
2. To minimum the present of patient village at block level and subdivision by providing quality health service at nearest proximity.
3. To create a special facility, and to provide better care for women and children those who are neglected and deprived for the special quality treatment in blocks or subdivision hospital.
   
4. To organize an awareness program in the area so that the root of the disease can prevent and the incident becomes minimum.
