We introduce ourselves as a company founded by two Graduate Civil Engineers in 1999. Since 1999 we have been engaged in Waterproofing, Repair & Rehabilitation of Structures and Structural Retrofitting. We also specialize in Non-destructive and destructive testing of structures to diagnose its existing health. Our area of work cover all types of buildings, be it – residential, commercial or industrial.
Factories & Industrial Plants with their leaning shades and web of underground trenches, pits, machine foundations etc., Residential and Commercial Buildings, Hotels, Hospitals with their foundations, basements, lift pits, toilets and other wet areas within the building, open terraces & podiums, Bridges, Ports and all other infrastructure projects with their challenges are all our arena of work.
Our area of work included both new projects with proactive needs and old structures with reactive requirements.
After dealing with these structures for this long a period – we observed that in most reactive waterproofing cases exists a serious knowledge gap. The end users or owners were misled either in terms of what to do – because it was suggested by someone not very conversant with the knowledge and techniques of waterproofing, repair and rehabilitation or the work was supervised and executed by agencies / workmen not familiar with the properties of the materials and methods of executing the job.
To address this knowledge gap and in absence of desired end results from waterproofing and associated works, we have successfully started this Consultancy Services, to extend our reach to areas where we are not executing ourselves. |
