Adult (Over 11 years)
Kid (Below 5 years to above 3 years ), Children (5 years to 11 years)

BOOKING RULES

Seats are normally reserved by a payment ofRs. 3000/Three Thousand only, per head as an advance. Balance Amount Should be paid in full 10 Days prior to the commencement of journey date.

TOUR PRICE INCLUDE

a) Fare: Train - Sleeper class 11, Bus Deluxe coach 3x2,
b) Accommodation: Family wise room will be provided at hotel for night stay, on the basic of 3 persons, - in a double
bedded room 4 persons, In 3 bedded room .In case of twin sharing accommodations extra costs will be charged per
head (as per tour).
Dormatory will be provided at Goueikund , Kedar, Badri , Gangotri, and Ultarkashi. Food during train journey completely depends on railway catering service. (Lunch & Dinner Only.)

a) Porter Charges
b) Entry'Fees: Temple, Museum, Garden etc
c) Guide Charges
d) Personal nature of expense
e) Pony, Dandy charges
f) Cooli Charges

CANCELLATION OF BOOKING

I. If management cancels the tours before commencement,advance money will be refunded.

2.If cancellation madeafter ensuring the booking per head will be deducted: before 30 days of departures 25% of total tour price.
Will be deducted: before 15 days of departures 35% of total tour price.
Will be deducted: before 3 days of departures 75% of total tour price.

3.If cancellation made on the date of journey NO REFUND WILL BE ENTERTAINED.
