                CC-CV  CHARGER  | 
               
              
                                  The product  relates to Lead acid storage Battery Charging technique during a service call made  by the customer. The equipment charges the battery using both constant current  (CC) & constant voltage (CV) mode. The charger will first start charging  the battery at CC mode. When the battery reaches to 15V, the charger  automatically goes to CV mode & it will continue to remain charging at 15V.  The total cycle time occurs for 24 hours of duration. The device displays  several technical parameters on its LCD screen such as battery voltage,  charging current, ampere hour fed into the battery & duration of charging  which helps the service people to identify the fault in the battery, if any. It  also has some visual indicators on the front which benefits the end user for  knowing the proper functionality of the device easily. The charger is used for  12V Exide’s make inverter/UPS lead acid battery.   |

                                  The product  relates to Lead acid storage Battery Discharging technique during a service  call made by the customer. The equipment discharges the battery at constant  current (CC) mode.  The discharger has  options of discharging the battery at different constant current values. Current  selection could be done using three nos. current setting switches 240 VA, 320  VA, 400VA, provided on the front of the device. Discharge duration could be set  using the “Timer set” provided on the front side. The battery could be  discharged for maximum of 8 hours. The discharge will get cut-off if battery voltage  reaches to 10.5 V or at the specific time set at the timer. The device displays  several technical parameters on its LCD screen such as battery voltage, discharging  current, ampere hour taken out from battery & duration of discharging which  helps the service people to identify the fault in the battery, if any. It also  has some visual indicators on the front which benefits the end user for knowing  the proper functionality of the system easily such as “Battery Reverse” which  starts glowing when connection polarity gets changed. The discharger is used  for 12 V Exide’s make inverter/UPS lead acid battery.   |
