  • We also provide SCR Triggering card for 1-Phase/2-Phase/3-Phase Circuit.

The below Facility available from Thyristor Power pack / SCR Card :

  • Using different color LED in the Input / Output circuit to know the proper functioning of the Unit.
  • Easy to replace Semiconductor and Glass Fuses.
  • User can set the Minimum and Maximum current through Potentiometer
  • Same unit can be used in the 1-Phase & 2-Phase Circuit.
  • Special Design for SiC Heating Elements, We provide Power control System in lieu of Current control System for the same.
  • The phase angle approached slowly to avoid high inrush current.
  • The Unit has self generated 0-5V dc Signal, and can be used in the ON-OFF Control Circuit in lieu of Auto Transformer.
  • These units are durable and long lasting.
  • There is no need to increase the Power through external potentiometer time by time. This step less regulation reduces the stress on Heating Elements and also reduces the running cost.

Safety  :

  • Use proper rating Semiconductor Fuse to protect the Thyristor from getting Short.
  • Use Low Current Glass Fuse to Protect the Triggering Circuit.
  • Use Snubber Circuit across the Gate Terminals of the SCR to protect the Thyristor from getting Short.
  • Use rated Copper Wire in between the Semiconductor Fuse & Thyristor
