Once upon a time there was a boy who loved to dance, he started to love the dance so intensely that it gradually became the significant inspiration of his life. Everyone criticises the boy and laughs at his eccentricity or madners for dancing. However the passionate boy discovered an enchanting power in dancing. When he dances, he forgets his pains, sorrows as well as the failures of life. It leads him to a mesmerizing world where everything is beautiful and glorious. One day he decides to open the door of this magical world to others and he creates "Kinkini", a place which takes you to an aesthetic world where everything except dancing becomes less important.

The little boy is no more a more boy, he is a determined and resolute man now. He has to face a lot of troubles to reach this place. He has overcome a lot of hurdles to reach this respected position. We are the members of his creation, Kinkini. We know we still have to fight with our families and society, but we are determined that we will not allow to shut the door which the optimistic man opened for us.

Srirup Saha, dancer choreographer and teacher of the "Kinkini Nritya-O-Sangeet Kala Mandir" of Kolkata, In West Bengal, was born on 12th May of 1977. In North Kolkata. Father Government Employee and mother good classical singer.

Studied at Holi Child Institution and at Taki House (Boys) in Kolkata. Joined at Bangabashi College for his Degree Course. He learnt vocal music under Pandit Sushil Bose and creative dance under Ananda Sankar and Tanusree Sankar. He learnt Kathak under Dr. Jayanta Mukherjee (Prof. of Rabindra Bharati University).

He has choreographed numerous ballets for various conferences and festivals. Some major Ballets are Arpan, Strom, Dreamland and Village & City.

Srirup has toured and performed in Mumbai, Vishakapatnam, Delhi, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Meghalaya & in various places in Bengal along with his troupe.

Many Organization from different places of India has recognised Srirup's work and has awarded him in numerous occasion with awards, certificates and he has also won many rewards in various competitions from all over India.

He even worked with world famous dancer from U.S.A. Mr. Andre Tyson to learn and understand "Hotten Style" of dancing. Now Srirup Saha is choreographer & organizing his own Dancing Troupe "Kinkini Nritya-O-Sangeet Kalamandir".
