Introduction:

Shri Dulal Chandra Paul (Thy name D.C.Paul ) hails from Howrah, W.B., was in service. The vast swampy salty – water land at the close proximately in Kolkata was developed for construction of residential houses of the middle and higher income group masses filling the sand from the ‘River Ganga’ by Hon’ble ex – chief Minister of W.B., Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy. D.C.Paul diversified his activities in 1969, building a few residential houses with structural stability and clients’ satisfaction in the area called ‘Salt Lake’. His creative scenario of unmatched Architectural vision of residences at an affordable price, was admired by reputed personalities and motivated him to construct more landmark buildings which today yielded to attain apex position in the field spreading goodwill in India. These achievements were made easy with the devoted sacrifice from the grass root level of his blessed son Mr.Uttam Kumar Paul who is upholding his flag successfully since 1989. Mr.Paul only loves those who executes the thankful work without excuse and has the core desire for incremental credibility of the organisation.

Ltd. It has executed from concept to planning, designing of ‘Turn’ key projects of about 200 buildings having a covered area of nearly means 50 lakhs sqft. which quite a few numbers are for NRI’s.
