Rate Schedule of staff to be engaged by SISS will be as under:-
1.      Minimum Wages as prescribed by the state/Central Govt.  time to time
2.      Employer’s contribution of ESI @ 4.75%
3.      Employer’s contribution of EPF @ 13.61%
4.      Bonus @ 8.33% on Basic
5.      Service charge @14% on sum total
6.      Service Tax at the existing rate prescribed by the Govt.(Present rate of service Tax is 12.36% on Total bill amount)
7.      Uniform Allowance one time @ Rs.800/- per head per year or @ 3% on Gross wages per month.

The above rates are common for 8 hrs duty with four weekly off in a month, which will be negotiated on mutual understanding in between our client and the Management of this Agency.
