 The Company was Established in the year 1969 , Main activity of the company by that time was Saw Milling and Veneer Manufacturing. In the Year 1996 the company Started Making Value added Articles like Door-Window Frames & Shutters, House hold Furnitures, Wooden Gift Articles, Percussion Musical Instruments, Wooden Assessories of Musical Instruments Etc. etc. in a unique & dynamic way wiyh help of in-country available Machines and Devices. Since the Unique Ideas of our main Key person namely Amar chand Baid was clicking to achieve Zero error quality & precision wood Products as mentioned above. The repeat huge orders of the products Uniquely made by us,( but exported by the then Existing leading Exporter) encouraged the Exporter to Get Two Foreign Collaborations approved on strength of our above named key person's innovative & unique Ideas of making products on self designed Machines & jig fixtures.

 After 3 year's of it's start & being encouraged with the volumerous business by achieving Strict quality controls by the afore mentioned key person, & upon seeing the fast many fold growing turn-over, the Expoter breached the mutual agreement upon & after well knowing all about the manufacturing process, machines & concept of Jig-Fixtures used for mfg. Quality precision items like Guitar Bridges & Percussion Musical Instruments Etc. from our company.

 Our Company 'Pravat Timbers' then initiated Court cases against the aforesaid Exporter because of their Malpractices of breaching mutual agreement and robbing-off the entire Factory machines, jig-fixtures, devices, ideas of mfg. by self invented appratus & Mechanism in the year 1996, the Final Verdicts are still pending. In the year 1998 the Hon'ble Supreme Court has Restored the then Quqshed criminal case initiated by us, for Fair Trial in lower court, only after well smelling mischief, betray,& malafics done to our company by the Exporter. The lower courd proceedings are going on. 

The above mentioned Exporter now a days is an 'ISO 9000' Company,
