1. The foundation of the present scenario was laid back in early seventees. Mr. Ram Niwas Agarwal & Mr. Suresh Kumar Bharpilania jointly set up Heat treatment Plants to comply with the needs of the heavy & light Engineering Industry in West Bengal. Marotia Steel & Alloys (P) Ltd. was started in nintees to deal in Forging Products mainly comprising of Alloy Steels & to supply the material all over India Mr. Vijay Kumar Goyal, Mr. Rajesh Agarwal & Mr. Sachin Bharpilania did joined in as new aspirants to take the company further.

At present Marotia Steel & Alloys (P) Ltd. is a full grown up Forging Unit with its factory situated at Bhadreswar, Hoogly . We also have our sister Concerns at Bangalore & Ludhiana.


2. Production : The unit has forging hammers & do deal in all types of open die Forging requirements in all shapes & styles. We have an in house heat treatment facility to cater to all Forging needs.

3. Product : We manufacture all types of open die Forgings in all grades of Alloy Steel. EN-31, CW-1, EN41B, EN24, EN47, EN36, EN353, , HcHcR, Hotdie, D-2, D-3, Carbon Steels, Etc.

Rounds ranging from 100 mm to 600 mm
Flots from 80x80 mm to 405x205m.
Other Penions, Circles, Blocks as per requirement.

4. We do supply the material to all Alloy Steel dealers to every city in India. Our Material is being used by all Automobile & Machinery Making Industries. We also do supply directly to Automobile Units & die making Units as per their requirements.We are also now dealing in imported Rolled & Forged Materials from China & Germany. Our Sister Concern at Bangalore & at Kolkata do also deal in scraps of Alloy Steel Grades & general Heavy Melting Scrap used in the manufacture of Steel Ingots & Blooms.

We do test all our materials for Ultrasonic & Chemical Composition at all stages. The Materials are fully sound with no ultra defects what so ever.

5. We are in the process of setting up a Steel Melting Plant to cater to our requirement of Steel Ingots for our forging unit.
