A comprehensive
evaluation system in accordance with the
guidelines of West Bengal Board of
Secondary Education is in force round the
year. Apart from the Annual Examination,
two Terminal Examinations are held. Apart
from the terminal examinations, four Unit
Tests are conducted and the marks scored
in the Unit Tests also are taken into
account for the purpose of promotion at
the end of the session. Besides, Class
Tests are held regularly so as to
inculcate amongst the students the habit
of being regular and up to date in their
studies. On the basis of the results of
the different Tests / Examinations there
is a system of personal counseling and
Teacher-Guardian Interaction on an ongoing
basis. Through the system of School Diary
compulsorily maintained by Every Student
Regular Liaison is sought to be
established between the Teachers and the
Guardians about the Academic progress of
their wards. Students performing well in
Examinations are duly recognized by
awarding Medals, Prizes, and Scholarship
etc.
