  This is a fabric, specially woven out of 100% Cotton or synthetic materials such as 100% Polyester yarns. The airslide fabric is used in Air Slides sometimes referred to as FLUXO CHANNELS, FLUIDOR-ARMS or AERATION PADS, for pneumatic conveying of Cement and Raw Meals.
Also used in various industries for the pneumatic conveying or discharge of powdered materials such as :
Fly Ash; Gypsum; Coal Dust; PVC; Alumina; Cement
Multiple Fabric manufactures varieties of airslide fabrics in various permeability factors. Standard Airslide Fabric are available with permeability of 100 NM' / M / Hr at 100 mm water gauge pressure. Specific requirement in Permeability and Tensile Strength or construction is also manufactured as per Customer Specification. The table below gives some of our Standard Fabrics and some Specific Fabrics manufactured/developed as per Customer requirements. |
