Professional Achievements
Performed with troupe, choreographed and directed various and diverse programmes of state and central governments and NGOs. To name a few:

      * Tree plantation ceremony organised by various socio-cultural organisation
      * Rabindra Janmotsav organised by Rabindra Bharati University
      * Rabindra Cultural Programme organised by Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth Affairs, Govt. of West Bengal
      * “Chhander Bharat Surer Bangla” held at the reunion of Ministry of Culture, Govt. of Bangladesh in association with           Ministry of Culture, Sports & Youth Affairs, Govt. of West Bengal 
      * 10th National Convention of Doordarshan Kendra held at Kolkata
      * “Biswa Banga Sammelan” held at Yuba Bharati Krirangan, Kolkata in 1999-2000 for the first time ever
      * Haldia Utsav, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 held at Mool Mancha of Haldia
      * West Bengal Handicrafts Expo 2001-2002 held at Kolkata Maidan during January 2002
      * A combination of Indian Folk Music in a non-stop musical extravaganza namely “Bharatiya Kala Samanvoy” and          Indian-Western fusion dance item on the eve of Barsha Baran at Yuba Bharati Krirangan in April 2001 organised          by Ministry of Sports & Youth Affairs, West Bengal in association with Pather Panchali, an organisation for Women
      * 4th East zonal convention of Doordarshan (Engineer's Assoc.) at Salt Lake Stadium.
      * Annual cultural programme of C.E. Office, Doordarshan Kendra, Kolkata at Rabindra Sadan.
      * Empanelled as folk dancer with troupe at EZCC (Eastern Zonal Cultural Centre).
      * Inaugural Cultural Programme in All India Seminar of IMA (Indian Medical Association) to highlight Eastern Zone at          Bharatiyam Cultural Complex, Salt Lake, Kolkata.
      * A Fashion programme packed with ramp walk, excellence in performance, GK round, personality test namely
         "Little Misfit", telecast on the eve of Valentine Day & Swaraswati Puja on 10th & 17th Feb in DD Bangla. The entire          concept grooming & choreography by Paramita Chakraborty. Presented by the selected teen agers from reputed          schools of Kolkata.
      * Bishwa Banga Sammelan : Performed as a main dancer in this mega event. Choreographed as main          choreographer & covered the programme with full camera team on behalf of ministry of Youth Welfare and Sports.          Camera team made a Documentry.
      * Paramita Chakraborty received felicitation at USIS by American Director Mr. Scott D Hartman in 2011. She was          selected as maestro for pure classical and modern free style to judge Dance Competition, A Cultural Fusion of          Indian -  American dance style performed by her troupe.
      * "WATER" the two billion people are dying for" - a beautiful programme on WATER RESERVATION on world          environment day by CGWB (Central Ground Water Board). SAVE WATER, declining water level, not to loss even a          drop of water. VCD done by Paramita Chakraborty, Script, Concept, Music & Choreographed & directed by Subhro          Kanti Lodh. Organised by IOCl, Head of Eastern Region, Salt Lake. Excellent dance presentation by her student          troupe, graced by UNESCO.
      * Paramita Chakraborty and her troupe performed mega Welcome dance show at Haldia Utsav.
      * She with her troupe performed Birthday Celebration of IOCL, A Dance feature Directed & Choreographed by her.
      * Her troupe rendered Classical recital in closing ceremony at Vidyasagar Mela.
      * Empanelled as a folk dancer in EZCC (Eastern Zonal Cultural Centre).

Doordarshan Programme –
Conceived, directed and choreographed the following programme

• “Prakitir Pratishod”, a dance drama based on the effects of environmental pollution. This has been telecast on DD Bangla in three episodes on the children chunk, namely “Chuti Chuti
• “Shyamal Chhaya Naibe Gele”, a composite dance programme based on Rabindranath Tagore’s songs on monsoon. This has been telecast on DD-1 and DD Bangla and was selected as the best dance programme in 1996
• “Chalo Jai Chharar Deshe”, a western dance programme based on Rhymes. This has been telecast on DD Bangla in the children chunk
• “Aamra Sabai Raja”, a composite dance and music programme based on a collection of Rabindranath Tagore’s writings on children psychology. This has been telecast repeatedly on DD Bangla and DD-1 at different times and has been highly acclaimed
• Dance choreographer and director of “Droupadi”, a mega serial based on the epic “Mahabharata”. This was telecast the first time on DDK – Kolkata.
• Made modern fusion choreography for several popular "Bangla Bands", which have been staged and telecast on Doordarshan, Kolkata under "Anya Gaan".
• Choreographed dance sequences of the first Doordarshan produced jatra, "Kantar Mukut" in two episodes under eminent director.
• Made different types of educational and social awarness spots / fillers e.g., on pollution and national integrity, which have been repeatedly telecast on Doordarshan at various times
• A choreography based on "AALOY AALOY RANGIYE BHUBAN" - The programme is based on the joy, ecstasy and happines, which The Goddess Devi Durga brings to her Devotees during the Saradotsav - the Durga Puja of Bengalee community. Concept, Choregraphy & Direction - Paramita Chakraborti, Presentation - Srijanseel Laharee Kala Kendra & Sarba Bharatiya Kalakendra (A centre for Performing Arts with Professional Excellence), Telecast - Mahasaptami, the 12th Day of October, 2002, Time - 12:30 PM, Channel - DD Bangla.
