Consultant Psychologist Paromita Mitra Bhaumik is a committed mental health expertworking for psychological well-being and essential skill building for the last 25 years. She is a registered psychologist with the Rehabilitation Council of India having a wide spectrum of experience in counselling, training and teaching. She is a Psychology major with a specialisation in clinical psychology from University of Calcutta. She has also completed her B.Ed. from University of Calcutta and is currently a psychology faculty for CBSE.

She is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Stress Management by Professor Stephen Palmer at Institute of Stress Management, London. She also holds a certification in Neuropsychological Assessment and Cognitive Rehabilitation from NIMHANS (National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences, Bengaluru. She is also a certified trainer in directive communication psychology by Arthur Carmazzi (Founder of Directive Communicative Methodology) and a Certified Special Education Need Coordinator (SENCO) from Orchids, New Delhi.

She is currently working as a consultant psychologist at Sri Aurobindo Seva Kendra (EEDF) in Kolkata. She has a wide spectrum of experience working on issues such as anger management, emotional regulation skills, crisis intervention and treatment for substance use. As a resource person and a mentor for training in the educational and corporate sector, she has conducted more than 500 capacity building workshops in India and abroad. Currently she's also Head of the Department, Clinical Psychology, George College,Makaut.

Aaratrika Bhaumik is a final year law student at National Law University Odisha. She is passionate about working towards increasing the accessibility to quality mental healthcare and treatment for all. Her professional experiences include working with firms and organisations such as Khaitan & Co Kolkata, Kachwaha & Partners New Delhi and Human Rights Law Network New Delhi.

Sreetama Bhaduri

Sreetama Bhaduri is the consultant Clinical Psychologist and has been practicing for more than 2 years. She takes both online and offline sessions for Anubhav. She also specialises in Psychometric Assessment

She has completed her Mphil ( RCI regd) from Amity University , Kolkata. She has completed her post graduation with a specialization in Clinical Psychology.

She has done her internship in government and private hospitals from both Delhi and Kolkata. Apart from these , She also takes interest in the field of research and has published paper under UGC listed Journals.

Sucharita Basak

She has completed her MA (English),MA(Psy)pur & BEd (Special Education).She is a registered Rehabilitation Professional under RCI .She has completed Post Graduation Diploma in Guidance and Counselling & Diploma in Inclusive Education .She is a certified Graphologist and PlayTherapist as well .

Sucharita has been an educator for 18years .A Special Educator & Counsellor with more than 5 years of experience .

A resource person of CwSN ,with School Education Department Govt of West Bengal ,Trainer for Secondary School and Higher Secondary School .

Ritika Saha

Ritika Saha is the administrative head at Anubhav. She has also been working as a career counselor here. Ritika has completed her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Gokhale Memorial Girls' College and Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from IGNOU.

She has done her internships at reputed organizations in India and participated in several workshops and webinars. Ritika has also participated in a training and internship program in Hypnotherapy.

She has assisted in several career guidance workshops at reputed academic institutions in West Bengal.

Urja Sen is a registered counseling psychologist (CPSI) and capacity building trainer. She has completed her Master's in Applied Psychology from University of Calcutta. She is currently a learning and development trainer. She practises CBT, DBT, REBT as her core therapeutic techniques.

Her clinical expertise lies at dealing with children, adolescents and adults with mood disorders, anxiety disorders and other psychopathologies.

She has conducted several student and parent training programmes as well as career guidance programs at prestigious academic institutions and schools in West Bengal.

She is our Research Associate and has published several research papers in UGC listed journals. Her core area of research is Clinical Psychology and Psychosocial Research.

Ipsita Banik is the consultant clinical& rehabilitation psychologist of Anubhav. She has been taking both online as well as offline sessions in the space. She has been practicing for more than four years as a clinical and rehabilitation psychologist.

Post Graduate Diploma in Rehabilitation Psychology [RCI registered] from Department of Applied Psychology, University of Kolkata. Prior to that, she has pursued her post graduation in psychology with a specialization in Developmental Psychology.

She has done her internships in various government hospitals in Kolkata during her tenure in her academic course. She has attended different webinars and workshops on Parental child interaction Therapy, Single Session Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Existential Therapy. She has also got the opportunity to work in University of Calcutta in the department of psychology as a clinical psychologist.

Dr. Madhurima Ghosh has pursued her MBBS and MD from All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi (AIIMS, New Delhi). She is associated with the Empathy Psychiatry Foundation, Mon Foundation and National Neurosciences Centre, Kolkata. She is also trained in drug de-addiction from the prestigious National Drug Dependence Treatment Centre, AIIMS New Delhi.
