We are the pioneer in India to manufacture, way back in 1981-82, THYRISTORIZED POWER DRIVE  for our own make High Temperature Electrical Heated Furnaces ( M/s. BYSAKH & COMPANY, Since – 1951 ) developed by in-house engineers. Till date we have used our versatile Thyristor Drive for our own Furnaces. With the vast expertise of Industrial Heating Systems and concern about the demand of the customers we are now engaged in manufacturing and supplying a qualitative range of Thyristor Drive Unit and SCR Card for Industrial Heating control which are sturdy, reliable, effective and highly functional. We have a sprawling infrastructure, which is equipped with modern technology to effectively manufacture our range of products.
            Our entire range of equipment is manufactured from high grade raw materials, which we ensure to source from highly reliable vendors. We are open to all forms of suggestions and feedback that can help us in enhancing the features of our products and help our customers satisfy all their needs. Our products are stringently tested at our end, and we store them safely in our warehouse, before dispatching.
            We offer Complete Set of Single , Two & Three Phase Thyristor Units for control of the Constant or Variable Resistance (Where resistance change with Temperature like SiC & MoSi2 Heating Elements), Inductive or Transformer Coupled Electrical Heating. Two SCRs are connected in inverse parallel and trigger the Pulse for Phase Angle Firing. The delivered Power controls Temperature smoothly and reduces thermo mechanical stress on the Heating Elements and also reduces running cost.

            This Power Pack is configured with user selectable input ( 0-5 V dc, 0-10V dc or 4-20 mAmp) with Minimum and Maximum Current Limit facility. One External Potentiometer (Optional) is used to vary the Current within the Limit Range. The Thyristor is mounted on the Heat Sink for dissipating the Heat and protected with Semiconductor Fuse. The Triggering Circuit is also protected with low Amps Glass Fuse. This Unit is easily mounted on the Wall or 35 mm. DIN RAIL.

            This Unit is specially designed for SiC Heating Elements where Resistance is decreased initially and increase above 800°C. To protect the SiC Heating Elements initially, we offer Power Control System (Which control Voltage as well as Current also) rather than Current Control.   This Unit can also drive without any control Signal due to self generated 0-5V dc signal. So This Unit can also be used in the On-Off Control through C/NC Connection of the Temperature controller.

            We also undertake Repairing & Servicing of our Units after end of warranty period. We provide customize solution for control circuits for our customers to reduce the price.
