  PROFILE OF THE COMPANY

M/s. GREEN CONCRETEX MATERIALS PVT. LTD. was incorporated as M/s sha-san concrete pvt ltd. in 2007 to carry on business of processing and Manufacturing of Ready-Mix-Concrete and other allied materials which are essentially required in Building and infrastructure construction. The New Company planned to set up Units / Factories / works with use of power to manufacture the goods and provide services for its own consumption as well as for construction companies in the market. It has established one RMC Batching Plant at Rajarhat and started its Commercial operation and the promoters of the Company took adequate measures to install plant of international standard with most modern and up-to-date laboratory facilities along with complete infrastructure. The Batching Plant ‘Schwing Stetter’ is the best possible fully automatic batching plant available in the international market and suitably complemented with State-of-Art testing equipment at our laboratory. The 2nd Plant started from April ’09.The Company has also got registration under ISO 9001:2000.

The progress of M/s. Green Concretex Materials Pvt. Ltd. has been in upswing since its formation. The performance of the Company has earned them a goodwill in the market and placed itself as one of the frontline “Ready-Mix-Concrete” supplier in this region. The demand for its RMC is presently rising significantly for which the Company is in the process of installing its 3rd Batching Plant at Rajarhat immediately to cope-up with demand for the orders of our valued Customers. The movement of business graph of the company has been on the constant upswing and it has been possible due to untiring and dynamic efforts of a dedicated team of professionals under the leadership of the director Sri Partha De who is a qualified Civil Engineer from Jadavpur University and M.Tech and a Construction Engineer by profession. The Company has inducted a few highly experienced senior Technocrat and Engineers of the Corporate and government sectors to add their professional ingenuity and drive to the forward progress in the future of the company. Senior Persons Sri B. D. Mookerjea, a retired chief of Govt. of India undertakings, a technocrat and a senior Management Consultant, who held high positions both in multinational as well as in Govt. of India undertaking and experienced as a Project Management and diversification Planner, having multifaceted work experience, joined the Company as President. Sri Asim Bhattacharyya, a retired Chief of govt. of India undertaking and a civil engineer and management specialist has joined as Vice President (Projects- I). He has also wide experience in Techno Commercial operations and Projects. Other professionals at a various levels have also been inducted in the Company in order to build up a Vibrant, dynamic, dedicated and efficient team to lead to the future of the company.

Green Concretex Materials Pvt. Ltd. is a part of the group Company and is the prime mover in the group. Apart from its financial success the company has built up a sound planned asset acquisition to improve the networth of company as well. The Company has acquired substantial immovable assets to have financial backup in its growth and networth of the Company and to cover the securities of   loans from the financial organization and Bank. It is the financial policy of the Company to improve the financial health alongwith the growth of the business. All its loans/advances from the Banks are substantially fortified with collateral securities in full without any financial strain on the working capital and other financial commitments for its growth. This may be apparent from the audited Balance Sheet of the Company.

It is moving forward progressively from strength to strength over a very short period of time. It is the far-sighted view and approach of the management that has contributed to the progressive improvement in financial results of the company.

The management of the Company has fixed its targets to achieve the excellence by consistent effort in expansion of business activities and the Company is quite competent to venture in to any new project with its own planned financial resources.

 
   PLANS AHEAD

The company has prepared a detailed perspective plan for the organization. The strength of the Company lies in its professional planning of growth with a clear objective of positioning itself in the market as one of the leading frontline companies in the field of construction and infrastructure development. While preparing the perspective plan Company has also made an overview of the National investment planning and policy for coming 5 years which would enable the Company to go along with the development and growth plans of the Country as a whole. The government’s natational investment planning will have a significant role in influencing the future perspective plan of the organisation. With the objective of achieving the goal of excellence the Company has kept in view on sustained growth in infrastructure and construction market segment. It is perceived that it would also be necessary to diversify its activities both vertically as well as horizontally to work out plan for manufacturing activities of wide range of products . The Company has planned for production facilities for wide range of strong and durable materials/products with latest modern technology and with environ-friendly material substitution.

 
  EXPANSION OF RMC BUSINESS AND ASSOCIATION WITH ACC LTD AS FRANCHISEE

The company is in the process of installing a chain of RMC plants on all India basis apart from extending the RMC business through the dedicated plants at site to big construction organization. It is planned to have atleast 10 (Ten) RMC plants around in India .In the first phase a chain of RMC plants are being installed in Durgapur, Agartala (Tripura) and in Gauhati (Assam).

It is expected that by 2nd week of February 2010 the RMC plants at Agartala and Gauhati will be commissioned for Commercial production and Durgapur Plant will in position by March 2010. ACC Ltd, a leading cement and RMC company have entered into an agreement with us by offering franchisee to us. A MOU has already been signed where in it has been agreed by ACCL that our company shall operate the RMC Plants in the areas where ACCL shall not operate or do not intend to operate in RMC business .

Green Concretex Materials Pvt Ltd shall operate as their franchisee and use their name. Presently the RMC business prospect has been very bright particularly with the operations of quite a few mega projects coming up in and around Kolkata like, East West Metro Railway project .Construction of Airport near Andal, New Airport terminal Building in Kolkata, Science City- Park Circus fly over etc and New Railways expansion project in Howrah strand road and construction of Acropolis near Durgapur. There are quite a few prestigious contracts have been received for RMC Business.
