1.
The pupil should not remain absent from the School without any
reason. The parents must fill in the record for their absence
in the Leave Record if their children are absent.
2. A Pupil's name is liable to be removed from
the rolls if absent continuously for three months without any
prior information to the school authorities or for being a defaulter
for two consecutive months. He/She may be re-admitted on payment
of re-admission fees and arrears of monthly fees.
3. No student is permitted to attend school if he/she
is suffering from infectious or contagious disease even during
examinations.
4. Teachers and parents may communicate with
one another through the communication part of the diary. Teacher's
note in the Diary must be signed by the parents.
5. The Principal or his nominee will meet visitors
between 10.30 A.M. to 11.30 A.M. only.
6. Parents/Teachers meeting will be held after
terminal examination twice in the academic year with advance
intimation. It is expected that all guardians will attend such
meeting in right earnest.
7- Identity Cards will be issued to the students.
These must be produced when the escort comes to take pupil home.
8. The escorts must reach school in time to
take children home when the school gives over. The School authorities
will not accept any responsibility for the students after school
hours.
9. Any Damage to the school property is liable
to be charged for.
10. Pupils are responsible for the safety of
their personal belongings Parents must ensure that their children
bring books, exercise books etc. according to the time-table.
No effort will be made to locate valuable articles lost in school.
11. Parents/guardians are not allowed to interview
teachers during school hours. However in urgent cases the Principal
or his nominee may be approached for the same.
12. Wearing of gold or other ornaments, wrist-watches,
bringing money is strictly forbidden. Fancy ornaments should
not be worn. No outside story books, periodicals / magazines
of anyi kind other that school books should be brought to school.
13. Engaging school teachers for private tuitions
is strictly prohibited. However with prior permission may be
allowed.
14. Attendance of students in all school functions
like :
Independence Day, Feast Day, Children's Day, Teacher's Day is
compulsory.
15. The School is not responsible for any pupil
before or after school hours.
16. Students must be well-behaved and well-disciplined
inside and
outside the school.
Note to the Parents/Guardians:
Parents/Guardians are requested to co-operate with the school
authorities in maintaining the discipline of the School by ensuring
that (a) their wards come in neat and tidy school uniform, (b)
They are regular and punctual in attendance, (c) Student must
attend the assembly (d) They are diligent in doing their home
task, (e) They are encouraged to participate in various co-curricular
activities of the school, (f) They should see their wards devote
sufficient time to study more on their own at home to do the
assigned home task, (g) They should bring their diary to school
everyday and the same is signed daily by the parent.

N.B.
a)School Uniform is important and students should come to the
school wearing neat and tidy uniform.
b)Any students not wearing proper uniform or untidy uniform
may be refused entry to the school / class.
c)Violation of above directives will be deemed breach of school
discipline and the Principal will be constrained to ask the
guard-ian to withdraw his/her ward, for breach of discipline.
ATTENDANCE
Regular attendance is demanded in the interest of the students
to help them to form a sense of regularity and punctuality.
Parents/Guardians are to ensure the same. Students who remain
absent from School/Class must have reasons briefly entered in
regularity Record in the School Diary.
All applications for leave should be addressed to the Principle.
Absent from class for Birthday, Marriage, Feast, Excursion in
view of anticipating or extending school vacation or in order
to study prohibited.
Students whose attendance is below 75% may be debarrec from
appearing in the examination/their promotion may be witheld.
If a student is absent for 15 consecutive class days without
any information his/her name may be struck off the rolls.
No student will be allowed to leave the school during class
hours without special permission from the Principal.
General Rules :

of their books and belongings which are supposed to be marked
