Booking Rules : Seats are normally reserved by advance deposit of Rs. 3000 per head. SL Class train & upper class train passengers must deposit Rs.5000 per head as an advance before 80 days of journey date. Full and final payment should be made in 25days before the journey date in cash/draft is to be issued in favour of Siddhartha Travels at Kolkata Branch.

Children Status : Child 5yrs to 11 yrs age 20% less at the total tour price, Below 5yrs 50% less at the tota tour price.

Accommodation : Standard Hotel / Lodging house family wise rooms will be Provided in all Places. 3 Persons in a Double Beded Room. 4 persons in a Triple beded room or Double beded with one (1) extra bed/matress on floor to make it Triple beded room. Only Kedar-Badri-Gangotri Yamunatri-Amarnath etc. 6 to 8 persons will be allotted in a Dormitory basis. If any where no night halt Family wise rooms will not to be Provided. In such places boarding condition guests have to adjust in 2 or 3 rooms for waiting to catch train/ bus etc.

Food : All foods and meals will be served (Bed tea/ Breakfast/ Lunch/Dinner/ Snacks) in hotel or Lodging House is to make of our own cook. In train food will be provided by Pantry car. Dry food will be Provided (Bus/ Car) at the time of Journey.

Goods Carry : Passenger should be carry their luggages or hand bags at his own cost.

  1. Railway berth reservation are entirely dependent on railway authority. It is not possible to allot (lower/ middle/ upper) as per customer choice.
  2. Bus/ Car seat will be provided on rotation basis.
  3. lf there is an increase in Rail/ Car/Bus fare the difference amount have to be borne by the Party.
  4. Company will not be responsible if any passenger missed the train/bus. In such cases passenger can join with us at the next station by his own cost. In this situation no compensation will be given.
  5. Tour programme may be altered or varied or extended due to unavailable circumstances viz. Natural Calamity, Local Bandh, Agitation, Road Block or any other such happenings (as per schedule) the extra cost has to be borne by the party.
  6. Management is not responsible for any breakage, Robbery, Theft, Damage of life or any others belongings whatsoever during the tour.
  7. Management has every right to cancel any booking without any reasons and programme may be alter/change or cancel entire advance amount will be refund. No compensation is given.
  8. All entry fees borne by the party (such as Temple, Zoo, Museum, Garden Launch, Boat fare, Poters, Dundy-Cundy, Ropeway, River cruise etc.).*Shortage of Passenger, tour may be change or cancel or deffer, no compensation is given.
  9. Management will not be responsible for any visiting places are closed.
  10. If bus/car/jeep can not reach in time. Passengers are requested do not misbehaved with tour manager. We are completely dependent on transport authority.
  11. Washing of clothes is not allowed in hotel or lodging house.
  12. All sight seeing as per our itinary.
  13. Hotel room will be allotted as per lottery basis or under control of our tour manager.
  14. Tour price included Hotel, SL Class train fare, Sight seeing, Food (entry fees, cooli charges extra)
  15. Passanger are requested to contact us at our office 15 days before the Journey for details of the tour programme.
  16. L.T.C/ L.F.C Certificate in allowed after the tour.
  17. ln booking time must be submitted your voter card xerox copy.

If any Cancellation charges are as follows below.

  • After booking cancellation charges Rs. 500 per head. 35 days before Journey date 500/600+5% of tour price per head.
  • 20 days before Journey date 500/600+15% of tour price per head.
  • 15 days before Journey date 500/600+20% of tour price per head.
  • 10 days before Journey date 500/600+25% of tour price per head.
  • 5 days before Journey date 500/600+30% of tour price per head.

No refund is allowed if cancellation is made within 72 hours.

  • Cancellation will be accepted by written application or Telegram, not to be accept over telephone/ Fax
  • All legal matters shall be settled in Kolkata Jurisdiction.
  • Booking at seat means that the Passenger has accepted the terms and condition of 'Siddhartha Travels' after knowing it all clearly.
  • N.B: Govt. Service tax:- 3% is applicable on total tour price & will be collected from passenger.
  • All passengers must be carry Photo Identity approved by Central or State Govt.
  • Sr. Citizen Persons must be carry age prove Certificate.
