Internship Overview :
ANWESHAN is seeking motivated interns to assist with a variety of projects and initiatives related to: Fundraising
- Education
- Resource Mobilization
- Grant Administration
- Grant Making Strategies
Interns will be assigned projects on the basis of organizational requirements and will have the opportunity to work with a variety of ANWESHAN staffs and across a range of program areas. This internship is an excellent opportunity for those interested in learning about fundraising, grant making and administration, as well as microfinance and ANWESHAN's holistic, scalable and sustainable approach to poverty alleviation.
Skills/Qualifications required :
- Keen interest in development
- Capability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Building international network with multiple funding agencies
- Excellent writing, grammar, editing and proofreading skills
- Experience with nonprofit sector preferred
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, especially Word and Excel
- Strong research skills
- Master's degree preferred (although other candidates will be considered)
