The class in which a boy or girl is admitted is decided exclusively by the Academy on the basis of a candidate's performance in the admission test and interview, For the admission to Class XI, results of the Pre-Board exams with minimum 60% marks are required and confirmation of admission is subject to passing the Board Examination. Candidates from English medium schools belonging to other Boards like W.B. (Madhyamik) and Central Board of Secondary Education (C.B.S.E.) will be admitted on fulfilling the pre-requisit»s for admission, Candidates from other Boards are required to be registered with the Council for«the Indian School Certificate Examinations through the Academy on completion of other formalities. Final decision regarding a candidate's admission rests with the Principal.

Admission tests for the Morning, Middle and Senior School will start from the month of November and in case of transfers admission tests will be held till December of the current academic year, Dates of admission tests will be notified to the parents on submission of the admission forms, Admission forms for Class XI will be available from the month of February and all formalities for provisional admission will be completed before March: admission will be confirmed on submission of the Pass Certificates issued by the respective Boards.

Certification : Before a new boy or girl arrives at the Academy the following certificates are required:

  • A doctor's certificate stating the boy's/girl's fitness with blood group.
  • A transfer certificate from his previous school if applicable.
  • Birth certificate in original along with one Xerox copy.
  • Migration Certificate, if necessary.
  • Character & Attendance Certificate from previous school for seeking admission to class XI.
  • Marks Sheet of last Board Exam and Admit Card along with one Xerox copy.
