Major Activities:
 
  • Water proofing
    Of roof terrace, bathroom slab etc. using chemicals and/or polymer modified torch on bituminous membrane.

  • Pressure grouting
    Both cementitious and epoxy as and where required for basement floor, concrete walls or any other concrete structure having honeycomb or defective concrete.

  • Rectification of concrete structures
    Rectification of defective work in structures is done using various construction chemicals, power tools etc. Diagnostic work by means of NDT or destructive testing are also taken up based on requirements.

  • Fixing of Re-bar
    Fixing of reinforcement bars on existing concrete surfaces are done using ‘Fischer’ brand chemicals – capable of fixing bars up to 40 mm diameter.    

  • Flooring
    Using non-metallic hardener to add strength and durability to floor top surface. This is available in multiple shades of colour.

  • Epoxy PU (Poly Urethane) flooring and painting
    Epoxy PU (Poly Urethane) flooring and painting is done using Airless Spray Gun.

  • Treatments of expansion joints
    Using mostly Polyurethane sealants or Hypalon flexible sheeting for irregular high movement joints. 

  • Finishing of concrete surface using power tools
    Fast, economical, efficient method of working on concrete surface to achieve better finish.

  • Cutting of R.C.C.
    Cutting of RCC including rebars using circular saw.

  • Core Cutting
    Making holes in RCC structure from 25 mm diamiter to 400 mm diameter.
