            These are positive  displacement twin lobe rotary blowers and are available from capacity of 30 CMH  to 10000 CMH and pressure upto 10000 mmwg with single stage operation. Based on  the pressure, the castings are made to facilitate water or air cooling arrangement. 
              Roots  Blowers is a positive displacement, constant volume machine which operates against varying pressure. The Two  "8" shaped impellers (involute design) which are mounted on parallel shafts,  rotate in opposite direction and with every movement of the impeller across the  compressor inlet, a definite volume of air is trapped and carried across the casing to the  compressor outlet where this air is discharged. With a constant speed operation, the  displaced volume is essentially the same at a constant pressure, temperature  or barometric pressure. Increasing the speed of the compressor/blowers against  a constant pressure increases the volume of air delivery. The timing gears  fitted in a compressor control the relative position of the impellers to one  another and maintain small but definite clearances. This allows operation without the need for lubrication inside the  casing.                |

            We specialized in  manufacturing precision engineered water ring vacuum pump with latest  technology and qualitative materials. Our range is attributed with low power  consumption, durability, long service life, low noise and high performance. 
               
              We manufacture 12  different models of Waterring Vacuum Pump ranging from QWV-1 to QWV- 12. The  smallest Vacuum Pump is having full open suction capacity of 50 M3/ hr and is  being driven with 3 HP Electric Motor, while the biggest model of Vacuum pump  is having full open suction capacity of 2025 m3/hr and is being driven with 90  HP Electric Motor. 
               
              These Vacuum Pumps can  also be used for compressor duty "with slight modification in  installation. The Watering Compressors can develop pressure up to 1.5 Kg/cm² gauge.

                 • Fan: 
                   
                  The fan is directly driven, axial flow type fans are specially  designed to ensure AEROFOIL Section throughout the blade length, this  ensure energy savings and generates maximum air flow at minimum pitch angle of blades in the cooling towers. Fans are  electronically balanced made of light weight Alluminium casting.              "SPRINKLER”:  Our Bottle type tower is fitted with rotating type of Sprinkler, The Sprinkler  head is made of Alluminium alloy to avoid corrosion. It rotates at 5 to 7 RPM  by the reaction force of circulating water, which is discharged at low  pressure out of holes of PVC Pipes and evenly distributed over PVC fills to  achive maximum wetted surface area.  
             
  “OPTIONAL”: Also  our cooling tower is supplied with P.V.C. Nozzles fitted on M. S, galvanised  distribution pipes.                |

             • Fills: 
               
              Our honeycombed  PVC fills are high performance, heavy  duty, low weight, excellent resistance to corrosion: These offer a striking balance between maximum  heat transfer surface area vis-a-vis minimum restriction to air flow.  Thus providing more cooling at lower power consumption of the fan motor. They  are arranged in a manner to facilitate easy replacement.                |
