Gynaecology is the medical practice dealing with the health of the female reproductive system. Literally, outside medicine, it means "the science of women".
It is the counterpart to andrology, which deals with medical issues specific to the male reproductive system.
   
  Laparoscopy is an operation performed in the abdomen or pelvis through small incision with the aid of a camera. It can either be used to inspect and diagnose a condition or to perform surgery. It can be used in endometriosis surgery.
   
   
   
  Infertility primarily refers to the biological inability of a person to contribute to conception. Infertility may also refer to the state of a woman who is unable to carry a pregnancy to full term.
