  1. 100 paintings on the famous novel “Pather Panchali” written by Sri Bibhuti Bhusan Bandyopadhayay, at New South Gallery of Academy of Fine Arts,  in the year 1986, inaugurated by Hon’ble  Shri Pravas Fadikar, the then Culture & Information Minister, Government of West Bengal.
  2. 37 paintings on the famous poem “Devatar Gras” written by Rabindranath Tagore at New South Gallery, Academy of Fine Arts, in the year 1987, inaugurated by Poet Shri Sanbhu Rakshit (Editor of Mahaprithibi).
  3. Duet Exhibition with father Alakendusekhar Pattrea at South Gallery, Academy of fine Arts in the year 1987
  4. 28 paintings on the poem “ Shanaktakaran” (Identification) written by his mother Dr. Lalita Pattrea in the year 1988 inaugurated by Painter Sunil Das.

Maharshi is a voracious reader and fond of music, art and literature and he wrote so many informative  articles on archetype figures of Bengali  Art & Literature, like Rabindranath Thakur, Satyajit Roy, Jibananda Das and others.

Translation of Poems:

Maharshi loves to translate poems. He translated so many poems of  Rabindranath Tagore, Jibanananda Das, Sudhindra Nath Dutta, Octavio Pazz and other poets.
