SOURCES of recruitements:
We recruit physically fit Ex-servicemen having bold personality after verifying the validity of their documents, character and antecedents. Also, we train civilian guards in our training centre for deployment in various organisations. Retired personnel from Para-military forces are also treated as equivalent to Ex-servicemen and are absorbed in the same capacity, subject to their experience and suitability. Besides, retired personnel either from State Police or State Home Guards possessing the same eligibility criteria laid down for Ex-servicemen are considered for selection and kept in second line.

DISPOSAL:

  1. The deployed security personnel :- Will always be under your administrative control and disposal they will act under your direction round the clock in supervision of the entire premises to prevent entry of unauthorized persons, pilferage of any/or commission of any offence against property or person on the said premises within the view of security personnel.
  2. Will regulate entry and exit of all personnel within the said premises.
  3. Will determine in consultation with the officers of your Establishment the strategic points, where security personnel can be made available / deployed round the clock.
  4. Will carryout changes from the duty if any as prescribed shall be made only with the written consult of your establishment.
  5. Will be engaged in fire fighting effectively.
  6. In addition to the above, will abide by the instruction of the competent authority of the establishment in respect of further strengthening of the security arrangements as deems secessary.
  7. Will also work as escort to the Senior Executive as and when required.
  8. Will always be well turned out and maintain disciplined of the highest order.
OUR BILLUING & PAYMENT:
Our wage period is from the first day to the last day of the month. The monthly bills including service tax @ 12.36% is submitted by us to the competent authority of the Establishment on the first day of the following month and payment is expected to be released latest by 7th day of every month preferably by cheque/by Demand Draft or in cash in favour of RS Group Elite Securities.

This agency is credibly registered with all sorts of statutory authorities like –
