Our aim is to relieve the management of security and allied problem . |

| |

| Personnel : |
|
| |
|
Our personnel are selected with verification from various Defence units and N.C.C trained civilians with minimum High school Qualifications. These personnal though already trained in their respective disciplinary fields are further given and introductory course in Industrial security & Labour Relations. Any person not required by yourself for any reason, whatsoever, is replaced within 24 hours. Periodic rotation of security personnel is carried out provide you with well knit and self sustained dynamic force. |

Uniform : |

|
Complete Uniform and ancillary equipment to our personnel is supplied by us parade -state maintenance of the uniform is our guarantee. Emergency lighting such as batteries, torches, gas-lamp etc. will be provided by yourself. |

Salaries & other benefits : |
|
| |
|
Salary and other fringe benefits to our personnel will be our responsibility. |

| |
|
Fees : |
|
| |
|
Our fees payable by every 10th of the month for the services to be rendered during the ensuring month and you shall be billed accordingly. |

| |
|
Service Period :
The agreement will be valid for period of one year in the first instance. It can be extended/ terminated on one months written notice either side or compensation in lieu there of. However, we reserve the right to withdraw our staff from your premises without prior notice in case of non- payment of our fees within the stipulated period.
Miscellaneous :
a. During Strikes/ Periods of labour unrest, extra manpower can be provided at short
notice for unforeseen requirements.
b. Undercover agents can be planted incognito to investigate shadow suspected persons.
c. Investigations of all types undertaken.
d. Body guard services can be provided when required.
e. After getting work order we need 7 days for posting our guards.
Important :
It may be understood that for an\ reason, whatsoever, no employee of who has worked at your premises will be offered direct or indirect job by you or your sister concerns for a period of one year from the date of termination of our services
