Traction Machine –
Elecon Elevator Machine Make machine to be provided for passenger and goods lifts etc. is of an International Std., so far as the performance & efficiency consumed. Motor supplied & installed with Class "F" insulation.
Rope –
We provide USHA MARTIN make 13 mm Steel wire main hoist rope & also provide 8 mm steel wire governor rope.
Guide Rail –
We provide “T” section guide rail with MALE FEMALE grooving.
Fabricated Item –
The steel fabrication items i.e. Brackets, Car & Counterweight safeties are manufactured at our works for the last 2 Years.
Control panel –
The Control Panel is assembled with Main Components i.e. A.C.Drive -" ABB Make" or “ Rockwell Make” and Micro Processor Based PLC for logic operation. The products are of very high standard in performance and efficiency. The design of Control Panel become so simple with AC Drive and Micro Processor Based PLC i.e no moving contacts are installed in control panel. With the result of this, brake downs are negligible or minor. The wiring diagram of our installation is so simple.
Elevator Cage –
The Lift Cage fabricated items are manufactured at our workshop. The cage material are making 18 swg Sheet (i.e. M.S Sheets, S.S.sheeets).
Elevator Gate or Door –
Lift M.S Mid bar type Collapsible gate is fabricated our workshop. The design Automatic S. S. Door are imported by Mumbai or Ahmedabad, but, generally automatic door (S.S or M.S. Make) are manufacture at our own workshop as per required.
Car Operating Panel –
The car operating control panel shall be of latest design buttons with digital floor position and up down arrow indication. We are also provided as per customer choice Luminous Push buttons, clock card, overload systems, temperature board, auto attending key switch emergency light, scrolling arrow etc. in the COP Unit.
Hall Buttons –
The Hall Buttons panel shall be of latest design buttons with digital floor position and up down arrow indication. We are also provided as per customer choice Luminous Push buttons, scrolling arrow etc. in the landing hall Unit.
Traveling Cable & wiring –
We are provided Multi strand PVC copper wire for control circuit and power circuit, 12 Cores Flat Trailing cables special type are provided for connect from halfway to car junction box of Best Indian make bearing ISI mark.
