  1. Primex Engineers believe in quality control right from the selection of Raw Materials, manufacturing process and final inspection.
  2. A Quality Assurance Plan is made for every job separately and follow strictly with documentation.
  3. Materials are tested from Govt, authorised testing laboratories to confirm the specification before use.
  4. Tubes are tested for flaring, flattering etc. In case of bulk supply Eddy Current Test Certificate is obtained from manufacturer.
  5. Tube Sheets are properly drilled, grooved for proper sealing keeping in mind of orientation and passes.
  6. Tubes are expanded as per standard and sometimes welded with seat as per requirements of customers.
  7. Welding joints are radiographed as per standard.
  8. Heat Exchangers are them Hydraulically tested from tube side as well as shell side as per specification.
  9. Before dispatch,  tube and shell sides  are flashed with compressed Air/Nitrogen, blind all nozzles to prevent rust formation and entry of any dust/foreign materials respectively.
  10. Two coats of Primer(Red Oxide) is applied if not specified.
  11. If drawing is not available, we have facility to develop drawing.
  12. In case of New Heat Exchangers, we have the facility to design the same with software.
