Universal Sales & Projects  is  the  pioneers  in  design,  engineering,  supply,  installation,  testing and  commissioning  of  State of the art,  compact  and  energy  efficient  air-conditioning,  utilizing  Thermal  Energy  Storage  Systems  (TESS)  in  Eastern India.

CIAT  business  is  1.6  billion  French  Frances,  employs  about  1,700  personnel  and  has  a  manufacturing  area  of  150,000  Sq. Meter.  CIAT  was  amongst  the  1st  manufacturers  to  introduce  screw  machines  for  HVAC and  offers  complete  range  of  screw  chillers  in  capacity  from  50  TR.  to  700  TR.  CIAT   range  is  unmatched  by  any  competitor  in  the  world.   With  its  own  R&D  and  accreditation  laboratory,  CIAT  offers  most  efficient  equipment  and  its  products  are  considered  premium  product  in  Europe  enjoying  market  leadership  position.

CIAT  first  ventured  into  India  with  state-of-the-art   Thermal  Storage  Systems,  used  for  Energy  Management  and  conservation  in  1997  through  its  wholly  owned  subsidiary  CRISTOPIA  ENERGY  SYSTEMS  S.A.    and  established  manufacturing  facilities  near  Indore  in  a  50:50   Joint  venture  with  Cristopia Energy System (I) Pvt. Ltd. & CIAT India Division. This  plant,  Cristopia  Energy  Systems  (I)  Pvt.  Ltd.  is  successfully  producing  international  quality  Thermal  Energy  Storage  Products  and  exporting  its  products  to  Europe  and  China  besides  meeting  the  requirement  of  Indian  Market. 

The  CIAT  India  Division  of  Cristopia Energy Systems (I) Pvt. Ltd.   started  with  assemblies  of  latest  range  of  CIAT  Screw  Chillers  and  heat  pump  in  capacity  range  of  5.0 TR. To  700  TR.    The  Indian  facility  besides  meeting  the  needs  of  Indian  market  is  also  to  cater    to  ASIAN  markets.

Also  we  offer  upgrading  existing  HVAC  System  to  offer  large  savings  to  the  user.   CIAT  “ENERGEESAVE”  contracting  is  a  written  commitment  by  CIAT  to  revamp  existing  HVAC  installation  so  as  to  delivery  guaranteed  ENERGEESAVING    of  a  magnitude   which  will  quickly  pay  back  all  capital  and  operational  cost  incurred  in  the  revamping  within  a  guaranteed  specified  periods  (Generally  3  years  or  less).    Some  of  the  esteemed  customers  who  have  entered  ENERGEESAVE  contracting  are  :
