The  Fluidized IQF belt freezer is used for the production of IQF products especially for the fruits and vegetables industry. It operates on the vertical blowing principle. The product is placed on the stainless steel belt and is led past centrifugal blowers. This creates sufficient volume of air which is blown from under the stainless steel belt. Due to this, the fruits and vegetables are in the stage of fluidization which prevents clumping of product. Centrifugal fans circulate the temperature through the evaporates which reduces the temperature to below -35 Deg C. This quickly reduces the temperature of the product down to -18 Deg C.

The Cabinet is made out of PCGI / SS sheets with PUF insulation.

SS 316 grade wire mesh belt is provided in two stages for conveying the product through the freezers. The arrangement is complete with SS support frame, SS chain links, sprockets and rollers wear strips and SS product guards.

Conveyor belt speed can be varied to match the product size and output and this is complete with gear box, gear box drive motor and mounting frame and control for variable speed.

Evaporator cooling coil covering the length of the belt is fabricated from SS / CDW tubes and Aluminum fins with variable fin spacing for allowing longer time between defrost period.

Heavy duty high static centrifugal fans develops the necessary pressure for fluidization and is driven by heavy duty special motors of variable speed

Control cum starter panel for the IQF is complete with digital indicators, sensors, variable frequency drivers for the gear box motors and drive for the fan motors.

Double Contact Plate Freezing

Climate Keepers makes a freezer which will save you money and the same time, increase your efficiency and product quality.  offers a complete range of freezers from 7 to 15 stations with special aluminum extruded freezing plates. The standard size being 10 stations and 15 stations. Freezer can be tailor made to hold 300kgs per batch.

The product is loaded into the station in cartons or trays, the freezing plates then closed hydraulically, thus ensuring double contact, both on the top and bottom of the product. A rapid, efficient and even freeze is thus achieved, resulting in low freezing costs per kilogram of product weight. Throughout the freeze, contact between the plates and product is maintained by Pre-set hydraulic Pressure. Plates of any size to suit specific requirements can be fabricated.

The versatility of the  Plate Freezer can be seen throughout the food industry. Where countless food products for example- Meat, Fish (either filets or whole), Shrimp, Poultry, Fruits and vegetables are frozen using these freezers.

Freezing Plate

Climate Keepers freezing plates are manufactured with patented aluminum alloy with passages for refrigerant circulation. The plate operate with ammonia, R-22 and other refrigerants and have undergone rigorous pressure tests to ensure maximum strength and prevent leakages.

Plates can be made suitable for gravity system, pump re-circulation system and expansion system.

The excellent circulation system combined with the favorable thermal conductivity of aluminum provides highly efficient freezer plates with quick heat transfer, hence fast freezing with maximum economy. Standard plate have clear freezing area of 1830 x 850 mm. Plates of any size to suit specific requirements can be fabricated.

High Efficiency Air Cooling Units

AIR COOLING UNITS are highly efficient compact units that give you years of trouble free running. They are rugged and completely protected against corrosion since the entire unit is galvanized. Option is available with coil made of stainless steel pipes. These units are used in a wide range of applications such as blast freezers, cold storages, chill rooms and for air-conditioning. These units can be supplied as floor mounted, ceiling suspended and wall mounted depending upon the customers requirements. They come in different capacities and are used in numerous applications where temperatures range from - 40 deg C to + 2 deg C and above,

REFRIGERANT
The units are suitable for Ammonia & HFC chlorine free refrigerants. Chilled water and glycol are also used as secondary refrigerants. The units can be made for direct expansion, pump or for gravity circulation.

COOLING COIL TUBE MATERIAL
Tubes for coil are made from copper, electro galvanized steel or stainless steel.The fins can be of Gl, stainless steel or aluminium. Fin spacing can be 4 mm, 7mm, 10mm and 12mm.

Plate Freezer

Climate Keepers supplies high quality double contact horizontal Plate Freezers which are of robust construction. The entire frame is sand blasted, spray galvanized and cladded with SS sheet. All internals such as headers, top and bottom frames and vertical posters are also sand blasted and spray galvanized.

IQF Belt Freezers

Climate Keepers  supplies IQF Belt freezers for seafood, meat and fruits and vegetables in India. Efficiently designed air cooling coils are installed inside the cabinet. The product is placed on a variable speed stainless steel belt and is led past the coils through which axial / centrifugal fans blow air over the product. This quickly reduces the temperature of the product down to -25 Deg C. The advantages are:

GLOBE VALVES / ANGLE VALVES are available in flanged and screwed types and in sizes from, 1/4" to 12". Globe Valve permits the flow in the same direction whereas Angle Valve Changes the flow of direction from horizontal to vertical and vice versa. The use of elbows & bends is thus eliminated.

STRAINER VALVES are available in flanged and screwed types and in sizes from 1/2" to 4". These are fitted with fine wire mesh cloth of stainless steel so that no foreign matter of dust can enter the system.

TEE VALVES are available only in screwed types and in sizes from 1/2" to 1". Large size can also be supplied on special order. It flows in two directions in angular form.

GAUGE VALVES are available in screwed type only and in 1/2" size which show level of the liquid line through a special glass tube and are used in pairs.

SAFETY VALVES are available in screwed type and in sizes from 1/2" & 3/4". They are made of high grade material and built with great precision and are normally set at 250 pounds per square inch pressure. Higher or lower rating can be set on request.

FLOAT VALVES are available in screwed type and in sizes from 1/2", 3/4" & 1". It controls the level of liquid or gas.

NEEDLE VALVES are available in flanged as well as in screwed type. It covers from 1/4" to 1" size.
