Hyundai Chinese operation has opened two parts depots, in northeast and southern part of China, and had opening ceremonies on Mar 25 and Apr 18 respectively. The ceremonies were participated by senior vice president Jo, major dealers and customers, and heads of local government bodies.

The major reason for establishing the parts depots is to timely provide warranty parts to steadily expanding northeast and southern regions. This is the third depot opened by Hyundai Changzhou Corporation in addition to the one opened in western part of China, opened in 2007.
Hyundai plans to have 5 parts depots in strategic locations throughout Chinese continent, interconnecting 5 major areas, in efforts improve the delivery time of the parts.
Local Medias also responded favorably as the news were showed on local TV and published on the newspapers.
