B.   NARRATIVE DESCRIPTION OF SITE ORGANISATION -

There will be a group of 8 man power including 2 nos. of electrician will be under each site supervisor. One fetter and one welder will manage the mechanical part of the job. Masson and Santa raj will do the wall cutting floor cutting etc and mend good the civil portion instructed by the electricians. Each Electrician will report to Site Supervisor, along with the measurement, Site supervisor will Report to Forman after checking to Forman. Forman will verify with drawing and detailing and Report to Technical Administrator. Technical Administrator & Administrator will look after the both HR, Safety, Work progress, and handle the client at site, and report to Head Office.

C.   DESCRIPTION OF RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN HEAD OFFICE AND SITE MANAGEMENT -

There is a regular site visit system from head office to site, to report to the Chief. In case of very distant site, we take the help of mobile, telephone & email, and chat with audio visual software like skype etc.
