PACKAGING
Finished Catalysts are screened to remove dust and broken catalysts before being packed for marketing.
Bulk Catalyst is supplied in 100 Ltr air tight Fibre Drum.

SERVICE CONDITION
All varieties of Catalysts are supplied in activated form. They do not require any special SO₂ pretreatment during start up. Normal operating range of temperature is between 400°C and 650°C and at near atmospheric operating pressure. Catalyst can handle process gases containing upto 12% SO₂. Catalyst life normally exceeds ten years.

PERFORMANCE
SVK- Series of Catalyst has been formulated with special highly porous imported Silica carrier and with special method of Vanadium and Potassium incorporation to impart high conversion efficiency. The different sizes and shapes are recommended depending on Converter design and operating conditions to optimize conversion and Catalyst life. In addition to high conversion efficiency, Catalysts are rugged and mechanically strong and thus highly resistant to attrition during handling and during operating upset conditions.
