Participation fee for the convention
is Rs.3,000/- per participant

Participation fee for Pre-convention
is Rs.1,000/- per participant.

Participation fee for Pre-Convention
& Convention is Rs.3,500/- per participant

For one Quality Circle (Min 5
Members and 1 Facilitator / Co-ordinator) participation
fee is Rs.18,000/- and each additional members Rs.3,000/-

Industrial visit – Rs.500/-
per participant

Sight Seeing – as per choice
of location (spot registration)

Participation fee is to be sent
as Demand Draft in favour of “NCQC 2007”
payable at Secunderabad.

The payment is to be sent on
or before 15th October 2007 to QCFI HQs.
* Only valid institutional members of QCFI are allowed
to participate in the convention.
Note : Organisations
may seek help from QCFI Chapters/Headquarters in selection
of case studies from their company.
Organisations which are
not coming under the jurisdiction of any Chapter may
send their case studies directly to Headquarter for
scrutiny and selection for NCQC 2007
If for some reasons,
a Chapter does not organise Chapter Convention from
that region (CCQC ), organisations can forward their
QC case studies for consideration by Headquarters for
presentation at NCQC 2007. The deadline for submission
of such case studies to Headquarters is 30th September
2007. For all enquiries connected with case study presentations
and participation, please contact Headquarters.
REGISTRATION DETAILS
The convention registration will start
from 26th December 2007 at the convention venue from
morning 10-30 a.m. till 5-00 p.m. However, kit bags
will be distributed only from the afternoon. It will
continue on 27th also.
At the time of registration you will
be given coupons for
- Kig bag
- Breakfast, lunch, evening tea, welcome dinner and
for packed food on valedictory day.
