Quality Circle Forum of India
offers an excellent opportunity to unlock human creativity
and innovation at the place of work, brings a behavioral
change, motivation for self and mutual development.
These small group activities develop a sense of ownership
and build a problem solving attitude. This contributes
not only to the performances of the employees and
productivity of the establishments, but also to the
progress and prosperity of the nation.
The National Convention on Quality
Circles (NCQC 2007) is a glorious event for Quality
Circle Forum of India (QCFI). It coincides with the
silver jubilee year of QCFI in India. All the chapters
of QCFI are celebrating Silver Jubilee as a special
occasion.
Through this website, I sincerely
urge for active participation of all concerned on
the glorious moment of people building philosophy
with an objective of 'Quality Circle for enhancement
of Quality of Work Life' for world peace and prosperity.
This website, hosted on the occasion of the NCQC 2007,
we hope and expect, will be of some help and aids
to the participants specially and to all other people
concerned in a direct access to the information cell
on the Convention, details of programme schedules,
venue, route map, transport and some information on
the city of Kolkata
I, on behalf of Governing Council
members of QCFI, Kolkata Chapter welcome and wish
our heartfelt regards to all participants, delegates
and people concerned to the NCQC 2007 here in Kolkata
in the winter season of December 2007 and as a host
chapter, our all out efforts go towards making the
convention a success.
