Residing very near to the heart of ‘bookland’ of Kolkata, the College Street ‘boi para’ , his immense passion for books, music and later for cinema helped him grow his own views and feelings about Cinema.
From the very beginning, Arindam loved normal acting and very easily got recognized as a natural actor. After having worked in television for a while, he got an offer from the Bengali Commercial Theatre, which he took up gladly to sharpen his acting skills. It has been a long journey of twenty years where Arindam patiently but constantly progressed and upgraded himself and his acting style.
He found himself doing more meaningful characters in television and despite having worked with prominent directors in Bengali cinema, he prefers to proudly call himself a television actor.
